Firstly, just take a deep breath and relax. Come now let's discuss how you can stop being stressed which really is so so casual these days. So take it easy as anyone can be stressed on anything being it silliest in other's dictionary. Those who overthinks a lot, stresses a lot which is not at all good for your health.
